This machine tool is a precision thread grinder controlled by CNC, and its machining motion can be achieved through the configured SIEMENS802D Sl CNC system. This machine tool is mainly used for grinding various cylindrical high-precision worms, trapezoidal screws, ball screws, automotive steering gear screws, rolling wheels and other threaded products. This machine tool has a wide range of applications and stable working performance. It uses an electronic gearbox to expand the lead range and is easy to program. The configuration and number of control axes of the CNC system adopt the Sl EMENS802D Sl CNC system to achieve four axis (five axis) three linkage

·The encoder and grating ruler are both original imported products from the Spanish company Fagor

·Two electronic handwheels can be configured to manually control each CNC axis
